As CEO and owner, Paul keeps the shop accountable to its commitments and stays close to the work — from quotes to final delivery.

Runs day-to-day operations across the business. Owns customer commitments, capacity planning, and how the company performs end-to-end.

Handles finance, HR, and back-office systems — the operational backbone behind every job that ships.

Owns quoting and front-end customer engagement. The person reading drawings the moment a request for quotation (RFQ) comes in — quoting most projects same-day.

Manages active projects from purchase order (PO) to delivery. Keeps customers informed and the shop floor aligned to schedule.

Runs the production floor — sequencing jobs, balancing capacity, and protecting the schedule. Day-to-day execution from cut to ship.

Leads the welding and fabrication team — metal inert gas (MIG), tungsten inert gas (TIG), spot, and stud welding across steel, stainless, and aluminum. Owns weld quality and assembly execution.

Runs laser cutting operations — nest optimization, material yield, and laser throughput across thin gauge to one inch plate.

Leads manufacturing engineering — design for manufacturability (DFM), tooling, and process improvements. The bridge between customer drawings and shop-floor reality.

Handles computer-aided design / computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) programming and engineering support. Preps every job for cut, form, and weld — making sure parts are right the first time.
