Our new high-power fiber laser cuts up to 1″ thick across our core material lines. If it's on your bill of materials, we'll tell you fast whether it's a fit and how to quote it.
A36 plate, HRPO, and cold-rolled sheet, 24 ga to 1″ thick. Brackets, base plates, frames, gussets, and structural components.
Wide-flange and standard I-beams, structural and bar channel, and angle iron — cut to length and fabricated to spec for frames, mezzanines, and supports.
Schedule pipe (coated and bare), ERW round and square tube, structural tube, DOM tube, and telescoping tube for railings, frames, and mechanical assemblies.
3000, 5000, 6000 series, and specialty alloys. Sheets up to 60″ × 120″, to ½″ thick. Panels, enclosures, brackets, and lightweight structural parts.
300 and 400 series in 2B, #3/#4 grain, and #8 mirror finishes, with PVC protection on fiber-laser cuts. Food and beverage, medical, and architectural work.
To ¼″ (best results under ⅛″); brass on request. Our high-power fiber laser handles thicker copper for bus bars, connectors, and data-center power components.
Titanium sheet plus AR400 and AR500 abrasion-resistant and armor plate, for aerospace, medical, and wear-intensive applications.
Wire mesh in all types and expanded metal in steel, stainless, and aluminum — for guarding, filtration, walkways, and decorative panels.
Steel, stainless, galvanized, and painted finishes for platforms, walkways, drainage covers, and industrial flooring.

Common material questions our engineers hear during quoting — plain answers to keep your project moving.
Steel costs less and welds easier. Stainless resists corrosion, holds up in washdown, and looks finished. Pick steel for structure, stainless for hygiene and appearance.
5052 bends and welds well, good for sheet enclosures. 6061 is stronger and machines clean, good for structural. 3003 is the most formable and is common for ductwork.
2B is mill standard, fine for hidden parts. #3/#4 grain hides handling marks and is the food and beverage default. #8 mirror is for visible architectural work — protect with PVC.
We process copper up to 1/4 in, but results are cleanest under 1/8 in. Above that, expect dross and edge cleanup. Plan finishing time into the schedule.
Abrasion-resistant (AR) plate (AR400, AR500) costs more upfront but lasts longer in wear environments — hopper liners, chute lips, equipment guards exposed to abrasive material. Worth it when replacement cycles are short.
