Our History
Metro Metal Works is a precision Sheet metal work and welding company located in McDonough Georgia. With state of the art equipment and processing, we have fabricated metal work products all over the world.
Started in 1989 as a welding shop specializing in material handling and handrails, we have expanded our reach in the precision sheet metal market with laser cutting and cnc fabrication. We work with our customers to help design or reverse engineer products using the latest in 3d Cad design software Solidworks to create precise structural steel and sheet metal fabricated parts.
In addition, at Metro Metal Works, we are constantly striving to provide the most advanced processing capabilities to our customers and treat them like partners to provide the quickest possible option to create the fabricated product they need. Every step of our process is dedicated to creating the fastest most economical sheet metal and welded product available.
Our Facility
Our manufacturing facility’s ample floor space promotes worker efficiency and makes us suitable to handle any size job from Rapid Response Prototyping to large contract manufacturing orders.

Justin has been in the business since it started in 1989, starting as a floor sweeper. Working his was up the ranks under the guide of his mentor, he took over the reigns of the company in 2001. He has since doubled the staff, increased the sales and reached out to new clients with updated technology. If its coming through Metro Metal Works, he has his eye on your project at all times.

Jamie started out his career as a Navy veteran. Traveling the world, he made his way home and started working in the sheet metal field. Having field experience, he joined MMW in 2000 and worked the shop floor and was cross trained in many pieces of equipment and finished his Solidworks design certificate in early 2011. He is extremely knowledgeable in the Forming and Fabrication field and can help you with design and implantation of your project. When not working, he is following his daughters in their endeavors as any proud father would.

Cam started out at MMW as a helper, and while attending school, realized he enjoyed the Metal fabrication field. Having gone to school for welding, he was interested in both sides of fabrication, development and project management. After Completing his design study and Solidworks certifications, he now designs projects with his experience in welding, forming and fabrication. When not learning every piece of equipment we have, Cam enjoys fishing, and his beloved dogs. And more fishing.
